Okay, for the time being there is admittedly nothing written here, but as long as there is no official agreement to start using a dedicated issue tracker to collect and maintain feature requests and bug reports, this page is justified and should be entitled to eventually be filled in by contributors. Actually, there are several articles already, that sort of belong here: FlightGear Glass Cockpits, Flight Gear Glass Cockpit, Complex Glass Cockpit Avionics. Similarly, the original collection of feature requests/ideas and proposal is likely to also contain a number of related items.
