One question: I am the new Operations Manager of Merlion Blue, can I write this in the online-newsletter? example:

Virtual airlines Detlef Neuburger (MIA0283) is the new Operations Manager of Merlion Blue

Have to agree with I4dnf here. News like this fits better on your airline's website/forum. If there's a big 5th anniversary event or something like that for your VA that you would like to announce, it would be a different question.
