More work has continued on developing an [[Airbus A340-600]] for FlightGear. The aircraft has been given a new lease of life with a new JSBsim FDM which replicates better the size and control of such a large bird, and there is much more work on it to come. The model itself is looking very attractive with a newly modelled fuselage from British user Simon (MOJO), some nice new reflection coding, lights and external models. It has a 3D cockpit which is currently identical to that of the [[A320-family]] in FlightGear (by Skyop and Ampere), as an A340 cockpit is being built from scratch by Skyop himself. This doesn't spoil it for now, as both aircraft's cockpits share 99% of similarities in real life.  
Se ha seguido trabajando en el desarrollo de un [[Airbus A340-600]] para FlightGear. Al avión se le ha dado una nueva oportunidad de vida con una nuevo FDM JSBSim que reproduce mejor el tamaño y el control de un ave de esta talla, y hay mucho más trabajo por venir. El modelo en sí tiene un aspecto muy atractivo, con un nuevo fuselaje modelado por el usuario Británico Simon (Mojo), algunos buenos códigos de reflexión, luces y modelos externos. Tiene una cabina 3D que actualmente es idéntica a la de la [[A320-family|familia-A320]] en FlightGear (de Skyop y Ampere), la cabina del A340 está siendo construida desde cero por el mismo Skyop. Asi no se echa a perder, ya que ambos aviones comparten el 99% de similitud en la vida real.

El modelo en sí es un aspecto muy atractivo, con un fuselaje nuevo modelo de British usuario Simon (Mojo), algunas buenas nuevas de codificación de reflexión, luces y modelos externos. Tiene una cabina 3D que actualmente es idéntica a la de la [[A320-family]] en FlightGear (por Skyop y Ampere), como la cabina de un A340 está siendo construido desde cero por Skyop sí mismo. Esto no quiere estropearlo, por ahora, como cabinas de aviones, tanto de compartir el 99% de las similitudes en la vida real.

Now these have been improved with new recordings by the author (Liam, if  you're wondering who's voice that is), and work continues to make the aircraft one of the most enjoyable heavy metal birds to fly in FlightGear. Thanks to all the users who have helped this slow moving project progress.
