Some of us may have a track record of thousands of postings now, but this is just a result of having been part of the community for a number of years. It isn't even unlikely that new community members are bringing up long-term issues that have been annoying most of us for quite a while already. We are probably more aware of these issues and their implications than you are. But just saying that something is "broken" is simply not the way to affect the situation for the better.
