This article is terrible - deletion?
I am very disappointed with the tone of this article. As it stands, it's primary focus is on conflicts and negativity. This is not how an article titled "How the FlightGear project works" should be constructed. New users should not be subjected to this! All negative aspects should be addressed in a single section towards the end of the article (or in a standalone article), and the negativity in the rest of the article minimised or completely eliminated. And then the focus of the negativity section should be challenged with lots of advice on different conflict resolution strategies, or how to avoid the conflict in the first place.
