Description

The Hansestadt Lübeck is located approx 40km north-east of Hamburg and part of the Hanseatic League as known from Thomas Mann's famous novel Die Buddenbrooks. Its proximity to Hamburg, but also to the Baltic qualifies this rather small airfield as well as its cheap landing fees. No wonder that even Ryanair is using this airfield on a regular (daily?) basis. The "Lübecker Bucht" (Bay of Lübeck) is a known holiday resort.

Torsten Dreyer modeled many buildings of that Airfield including some nice features. The Town of Lübeck still is generic but looks for people to give it a shape.

In correlation to this sophisticated piece of work he also modeled the PA34-200T "Seneca II", that is strongly recommended for use from its "homeplate".
