YSFlight

YSFlight is a free flight simulator created by Soji "CaptainYS" Yamakawa in 1999. Its main creation purpose was for the development of a stable game engine fast enough to run on early laptops.

In version 20181124 (the latest stable version as of 2026), YSFlight supports up to OpenGL 2.0 and Direct3D 9 and mainly uses fixed function pipeline.
