Redesign in and remaking to reflect current use?
From the pages this template links to it seems it is more about scenery generation in general than TerraGear in particular.
Maybe this template should be redesigned and renamed to reflect that.
Articles related to the various aspects of scenery generation should be grouped together in the template, like for example as done in {{building}}.
