newsletter drafts

could/should we extend/factor out this template so that it shows hints to moderators/admins for reviewing/editing and closing the newsletter using the date magic we're using in the git status templates ? This way, the template could recognize moderators/admins who are able to review/edit and lock the newsletter at the end of the month. Currently, we're often lagging behind, because these things happen semi-randomly--Hooray (talk) 05:32, 2 August 2015 (EDT)
