Some automatic categorization suggestions

1. The category added to articles should be less vague, like pages needing cleanup instead of just cleanup.
2. It should be split up in categories mostly per namespace for example Templates needing cleanup and Articles needing cleanup.
3. Categories should be dated, for example Articles needing cleanup since December 2013
