Goal

This template can be added to pages needing an update.

Please also add a motivation on the talk page, letting other editors knows where to start.

Adding this template to a page in the article namespace will automatically add the hidden category Category:Out of date to that page.

Note If the page can not be updated, {{obsolete}} should be used instead.

Usage

{{out of date|category}}

category

The optional name for the sectioning depth. For example article, section, subsection, or any representative name. The parameter defaults to article or section.
