Goal
This template can be used to provide an alphabetical index.
Usage
For the alphabetical index to work the sections headings must be the same as the text shown in the index. Headings can be copied from the bottom of this page.

All parameters are optional and can be combined.
- numbers
- If not empty the index will include a link to a section with the heading 0-9.
- xyz
- If not empty the index will include a link to a section with the heading X Y Z.
- borders
- If not empty the index will have a border.

Copyable section headings
If you are using the numbers parameter add the 0-9 heading right before the A heading. I you are using the xyz parameter replace the X, Y and Z headings with the X Y Z heading.
The headings below are given as section headings and subsection headings.
