Licensing questions

From looking at the development topic it seems the original author released an early version as a dropbox download. It seems this was turned into a Git repo by IAHM-COL on 1 Oct 2015. However, while done in good faith, and hopefully after contacting the original author, the license was added by by IAHM-COL rather than the author.
