Gitorious was an open source hosting infrastructure used by the FlightGear project for its git version control repositories. This was a stage of the project between the original CVS repositories which existed from 1997 to 2010 and the migration to SourceForge in 2015. In March 2015, Gitorious was bought by GitLab and access to the infrastructure was discontinued. In a collaboration with the Internet Archive, the old source code repositories were preserved at gitorious url. Project pages, wikis, and all other resources, excluding the repositories, were discontinued and a new query-based web interface to the archived repositories was created. | |||
