Wikipedia | SOCATA ST 10 |
The Socata ST10 is a rare aircraft, only 55 were built. Apart from its sleek looks, the ST10 achieves over 140 knots on a 200 hp engine, faster than its contemporaries.
Flying
Starting was using the usual two start up keys and s for the starter. Keeping the plane straight down the runway was a challenge, but finally I managed to take off and retract the gear. The ST10 handles nicely, the ailerons are a little ponderous, but that adds to the feeling of stability in the aircraft.
Model
The optional livery makes for an attractive aircraft, and the instrument panel and interior are well laid out.
