The Schempp-Hirth Arcus is a two-seater glider aircraft built by german glider manufacturer Schempp-Hirth Flugzeugbau in the city of Kirchhheim unter Teck south of Stuttgart.
It is available in three variants, of which two are modelled in FlightGear:
- Arcus S, a pure glider variant
- Arcus T, a variant with a gasoline engine to sustain flight in case of an absence of thermals. This variant can't takeoff on its own (not available in FG yet)
- Arcus M, a motorized variant capable of self-launch
