The Piaggio P.180 Avanti is a twin-engine pusher turboprop business aircraft, built by the italian aircraft manufacturer Piaggio Aerospace. Its canard wing and continuously varying fuselage shape make it one of the most remarkable business turboprops.
Status in FlightGear
The model in FlightGear contains a YASim FDM, a medium exterior model and a rough interior model. The glass cockpit instruments are only barely represented. On startup, the aircraft is already started. The door as well as the landing gear and flight surfaces are animated, the engine animation even includes a visual representation of the variable pitch propellers. There is no livery animation present and there is no systems simulation.
