I'd suggest to also add tables for recurring tasks, e.g. monthly stuff (newsletter) - or release-cycle based. That should help delegate some things that Gijs is mostly handling on his own currently. The Release Plan contains some items that are normally handled by wiki admins, and the newsletter template is still manually created, too. And the "next newsletter" redirect is also manually set up.--Hooray (talk) 15:40, 2 June 2014 (UTC)

how exactly are new screenshot categories added ?
I think Johan has so far been handling this, what exactly do we need to edit/do in order to add new categories ? And could we document the corresponding steps in the article ? Thanks --Hooray (talk) 06:39, 26 June 2016 (EDT)
