Couzinet 70 was a 1930s airliner with 3 piston engines.

The instruments use metric units: altimeter in meters and ASI in myriameters per hour. In the absence of specific information, the "default" startup procedure works fine:

  • press } three times
  • set throttle to 10%
  • press "!" (selects engine No.1)
  • press and hold s to start engine 1
  • set throttle 1 back to idle (PageDown)
  • press "@" and repeat for engine No.2
  • press "#" and repeat for engine No.3
  • press "~" (selects all engines) to synchronize the throttles.

Compared to other aircraft, the Couzinet 70 reacts unusually slowly to aileron deflection, possibly because of its long wings.

To stop the engines, simply set mixture to cutoff and magnetos to off.
