Please make a more appropriate page for the archival of the Newsletter : as it now, it's not obvious how to get from an individual issue to the archives or a specific old one, and this page is simply not up to standards to use as a regular link target, for example, on my FGFS blog.

I tried to edit, but the only thing I can change is the topmost part, can't touch the newsletter links or their layout, or the header of that section (should read Archives, or there should be a dedicated page with an agreeable layout. Or fix the wiki so it works like a wiki, and thus I can edit anything ;))
