Error when trying to create the August 2021 newsletter

I think the link text on the header was "create next months newsletter", but when clicking there there was the below error message (with a regular text editing box below it):

" You have followed a link to a page that does not exist yet. To create the page, start typing in the box below (see the help page for more info). If you are here by mistake, click your browser's back button.

Warning: This page can only be edited by administrators and other users with the tboverride right because it matches the following title blacklist entry: index.php "

I circumvented that by searching for "FlightGear Newsletter August 2021", clicking the red link to create the page, and pasting the newsletter template into the new article.
