Boeing featured its first 787 in a rollout ceremony on July 8, 2007 at its assembly factory in Everett, Washington, by which time it had become the fastest-selling wide body airliner in history with nearly 600 orders. If buttons do not work on startup, click on the HUD with the middle left button and move the view around. Then return to middle view. If the HUD moves when activates, buttons work. In older versions, you may have to middle click on it with the middle button, buttons workto rotate it. Middle click or left click on it to move it back to into place. The current version might still use left click to manipulate moving of the HUD, if this is true, left click will rotate the HUD up(This should only be an issue on 1.9.1.)
