Ok but there is a mistake in the title, so in the link of the french mainpage too, (Howto and not Howo:)

We have a probleme with the french wiki, no more free space, and we were thinking to migrate on this one...

Okay, I understand now. Merging the French wiki with this one is something I would love to see.
