This template is obsolete. Instead add the information to the aircraft infobox. See {{Infobox Aircraft}} for details.
This template was added to the top of dual control aircraft pages.
It did show a "Dual control ready" logotype which links to the Dual control page and adds Category:Dual control aircraft to the aircrafts page.
