I'm updating this to point to gitorious, but the Template change does not seem to be working.

The current wording is:

In all cases, you should get the superbuild by doing a clean clone (from Git) of fgmeta, with the --recursive option:

git clone --recursive git://git.code.sf.net/p/flightgear/fgmeta flightgear-fgmeta

but the old wording is left in place in its old form as a reference to a template. http://wiki.flightgear.org/Template:Repository-url

Not sure how to fix this correctly. --Callahanp

In Windows section I'd like to add several things once I'm certain of and verify the details:

  1. Done: SVN requirement and need to set CMAKE "Subversion_SVN_EXECUTABLE"
  2. Done: About building FlightGear.sln [debug] vs [release]. If you experience a [debug] mode build failure related to missing OpenSceneGraph library files, try building in [release] mode first at least once so that the release-mode files are already present in their directories.
  3. Adding to Windows Environment PATH variable: the executable \bin paths
  4. Appending to PATH during Visual Studio debug startup.

Old links

Under "Getting the source" It refers to an old gitorious link for the source. Where is the new source on sourceforge? Adam (else MIG29pilot) (talk) 13:05, 16 October 2015 (EDT)
