Okay, so on Ubuntu I got 30FPS in version 1.9.1. I'll still put Windows 7 down, though. --[[User:Quadunit404|Quadunit404]] 01:20, 22 May 2010 (UTC) |

I don't know why Windows version is almost twice as slow as the OSX's one. A wild guess would be because the WindowsXP drivers supplied by Apple are dated 14.11.2007. Probably other people with X3100 chipset could post their findings to compare. Leman 05:33, 28 July 2008 (EDT)
Acer Aspire 4530-6823
I got FlightGear 2.0.0 running on my Acer Aspire 4530-6823 notebook. The average FPS was 15, with both shaders on and off (at higher altitudes, the frame rate was higher as well, averaging 25+ frames). Mind if I add that to the list of notebooks known to run FlightGear? --Quadunit404 20:51, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
