Ever got frustrated by being unable to select the right checklist from the Help->Checklist dialog? Your problems may now be solved - FlightGear now supports grouping of checklists.
Checklists can now optionally be grouped together under a <group> node in the property tree, with each group given a descriptive name. For example:
<group> <name>Emergency</name> <checklist>... <checklist>... </group> <group> <name>Ground</name> <checklist>... <checklist>... </group>
This is supported within the Checklist dialog, and also by the FG1000.
Speaking of the FG1000, this now has pages for the current flightplan and checklists, as well as a fully functional moving map and PFD. It is available from the Debug menu for those running in in development mode. The current status can be found here: FG1000
Improvements April 2018
In April some great contributions to AI traffic have been pushed to Git. Ian (BecOzlcan) created new detailed AI liveries for new timetables by SP-KOK. He reviewed these traffic files and pushed all to Git: CORSAIR, Iraqi Airways, Azerbaijan Airlines
The timetable for RBA Royal Brunei got updated. Ian also wrote new traffic files and created liveries for AeroMexico and NordStar. For this russian airline he modelled a new aircraft, the ATR 42-500 (AT5) (a short version of the ATR 72).
The AI team makes FlightGear more realistic, colorful and lively every month. You can support the important development of Interactive Traffic and contribute at the FlightGear AI forums.

The FlightGear project always needs screenshots, which show features that were added since the last release. These should be of good quality, especially in content and technical image properties. It is therefore recommended to use the best viable filter settings (anti-aliasing, texture sharpening, etc.). More info at Howto:Make nice screenshots.
