: I forgot to mention it above, but one of the technical limitations of the MediaWiki wiki software is that one indeed have to edit each categorised page to change its category since they are categorised by the use of the [[Help:Categories#Categorizing pages|category links]].  Thankfully if ''all'' the pages in a category should need changing the category, in essence "moving" the category from one name to another it can be done with a so called "bot job".
: About those FlightGear screenshot subcategories:  I have thought about to at some (undefined) point in the future request [[User:Gijs|Gijs]] to set up a bot job to change those names into more meaningful ones.
