With the new world scenery and procedural terrain texturing techniques, FG visuals have progressed to a point that trees were the least realistic element in the scene. This of course can be fixed. Thanks to work by forum user Zbyszek (deciduous trees) and ThorstenR (coniferous trees), we now have new hires tree textures for the regional texturing scheme (for legacy support, global texturing still uses the old trees), making the visual quality of the trees now on par with the rest of the scene: | |||
