: Note though that this is complex because of how the FGAddon repository is used. A large number (likely >75%) of aircraft are managed and developed in external 3rd party hangars. That is why the most important point is to contact the original author ([[FGAddon#Contact the original aircraft authors]]). For example the [[:Category:Helijah hangar|Helijah hangar]] consists of 275+ actively maintained aircraft in [[FGAddon]]. For these it is best to directly contact Emmanuel rather than use the tracker. The same goes with many other aircraft - simply contact the original author.
