What is maintenance?
Currently] this help page seems to be about pretty much anything, with very little being about actual maintenance. Unless maintenance is something else than making sure the wiki conform to the Manual of Style, have well documented templates, is well connected with wikilinks and categories (so that it is easy to find what you are looking for) etc.
