Outside:
- man in the paraglider is not moving his arms when steering the controls, paraglider is also not changing its shape
- man in the paraglider needs some running animation when starting from the ground
- when moving completly to the right, man turns upside down in this position paraglider is unstable
General:
- flightgear starts in unusable state because it can't find the file glider-panel.xml for the panel.
