Newsletter

Hi,

thanks for adding your ATC news to the newsletter! Unfortunately our previous (December) edition was still open for edits, eventough we're now well into January. I've therefore moved your text to FlightGear Newsletter January 2015‎, where you can edit/improve/extend it until the end of the month, when we will "publish" the January edition.

Hey thank you for the move. I did think we had finished 2014, but I simply trusted that link thinking I might have got my Zulu date wrong :-p Nice surprise to see my own logo added to my own page. Cheers for that as well. --Mickybadia (talk) 21:06, 15 January 2015 (UTC)

ATC-pie article

Do not be alarmed by my last edit (diff). Please consider it as but a small touch up.

I must say that you have a very clear and succinct writing style that I find easy to comprehend.

Not alarmed at all. I appreciate the typography touch up and to feel that some wise people are monitoring these pages and keeping them consistent. I agreed with the "transponder code" substitution for "squawk code", as it is less informal, and edited one or two more that you had forgotten to change. However, I switched one of yours the other way from "use a transponder code" to "squawk a code", as the verb this way is definitely more standard phraseology.--Mickybadia (talk) 22:27, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
