Joystick/SimpedGameport

Hi,

I just stumbled across your Joystick/SimpedGameport article, not really understanding what purpose it's meant to service. It is not linked to anywhere on the wiki, nor is there an explanation of what one is supposed to do with the code. Could you please add some explanation to the article, or let me know what I'm missing? It'd be a shame if people cannot find it when they need it.
