File information and licensing

Hi Jomo,

I think you ddin't understand some parts of the file information and licensing templates. I'll discuss two of your files as an example:

• File:ILS-VOR.png
  • The date in the template should contain the creation date of the original source. Not the upload date. So for this file, that should be 2010-01-04.
  • The file was released into the public domain (not just GPL), so you should use this licensing template: {{PD-author|Denelson83}}.
• File:C172-VOR-Instrument.png
  • Source should be {{own}}, as you created the image yourself.

Apart from these minor issues, it's great to see that you use the templates, thanks!
