But I have now a new question: after translating the title of a page, how the pages in another langage referring to the same content will know the knew address of the page? Is it automatic? Or should I change all the existing links referring to this page?

:: The language links does not have to have the original page title.  But they of course still needs the language prefix (like <code>fr:</code>) and to be on the other language versions of a page.

:: If you leave a redirect when moving a page it the old links will still work.  The redirect pages contain a special "directive" <code><nowiki>#REDIRECT [[&lt;New page title&gt;]]</nowiki></code> that will automatically load the right page when you click an old link that have not been updated.

:: The redirects are for example also good when catching common misspellings and to link often used abbreviations to the full title.
