What is this and what is its purpose?

I am currently going through uncategorized templates to make them easier to find than trying to guess what a template might be called. In the process I also try figure out what undocumented templates does and add documentation.

This templates name is a bit confusing, as it is a subtemplate to {{project infrastructure}} that actually does not use it.

It is also confusing in that a template called with {{project infrastructure/code}} only add the two characters sf to the page it is used on.

As the history says, it should have been temporary. I used this as a safeguard against instability in {{repo link}} while {{project infrastructure}} was being redesigned. I'd forgotten to switch {{repo link}} back, but I've now done that. Once no more pages link to this template, it should be deleted. I also see that many of the Category:Repository link templates also use this so I'll have to convert them all.
