Undocumented parameters

Somehow I saw that some of the named parameters in the template was not used, which is now fixed. I also tried to add documentation. However the intended use of three parameters are unclear: folders, topic-sg, topic-fg and topic-fgdata. They seem to be used for different things in the pages that uses the template (a good hint that the documentation is needed). What was their original intended use? Pointing to GIT folders, folders in either SimGear, FlightGear or source folders, just the folder or the source folder?
