Goal

This template can be added to the top of user discussion pages as a greeting message.

Adding this template to a user discussion page will automatically add Category:User discussion pages with welcome template to that page.

Usage

{{Welcome to the wiki |name= |added-by= |nocat= |lang= }}

All parameters are optional.

name

You can use a different name that the wiki user name used by default if the user on his user page have stated his real or another name.

added-by

Your user name (shown in page history anyway)

nocat

If not empty the page will not be automatically categorized

lang

Two-letter language code for language to use instead of English. If there is no translation for that language the English text will be used instead.
