This template is used internally for time formatting by {{ISOdate}}.

Usage

HH
Hours in 00..24 format
MM
Minutes in 00..59 format
ss
Seconds in 00..59 format
ZZ
Time zone hour offset in 00..24 format
zz
Time zone minute offset in 00..59 format
lang
ISO language code

If no parameters are given the template defaults to rendering 00:00.
