The following template description is not displayed when the template is inserted in an article.
Goal
This template can be used to mark files missing copyright and license information.
Adding this template to a page in the File namespace will automatically add the page to a subcategory to Category:Files without license information.
Usage

All parameters are mandatory.
- year
- Four digit year of the file upload
- month
- Month number of the upload
- day
- Day number of the upload
