The following template description is not displayed when the template is inserted in an article.
Goal
This template was used until May 2014 in the monthly newsletters and displayed the header.
Caution Do not delete this template as that would affect most newsletters up to May 2014.
Usage
Add the following code to the top of a newsletter:
