- May 17, 2016: Jenkins is now happily building the nightly-full builds with the latest scenery pack included. Those nightly builds can be found (as always) here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/flightgear/files/unstable/[1] Torsten has just branched for the "Barcelona" release. The version on 'next' is now 2016.3.0. Make sure to recompile SimGear and FlightGear and use the latest FGDATA to avoid the infamous "version number mismatch" error mesage.[2]
- February 17, 2016: FlightGear 2016.1.1 "San Francisco" is released.
- November 2015: FlightGear is the SourceForge Community Choice Project of the Month.
- April 15, 2015: FlightGear completes the move from Gitorious to SourceForge.
- February 17, 2015: FlightGear 3.4 is released.
- February 14, 2015: The FlightGear Wiki exceeds 2,000 articles.
