The following template description is not displayed when the template is inserted in an article.
Goal
This template can be used when you want to into running text insert the namespace, the part of an article name before the colon.
Usage
{{namespace|page}}
- page
- Optional wiki page to get the namespace for. Defaults to the page the template is used on.
Examples
[[Template talk:Infobox aircraft]] is a {{namespace|Template talk:Infobox aircraft}}.
Template talk:Infobox aircraft is a template talk page.
This page is a {{namespace}}.
This page is a template.
