Template:Iffile

The following template description is not displayed when the template is inserted in an article.

Goal

This template will show a text if a page is in the file namespace.

This template is mainly used for suppression of automatic categorisation, so that a category only is applied to pages in the file namespace.

Short for {{#ifeq:{{NAMESPACE}}|File|...}}.

Usage

{{iffile|text}}

text

Optional text to display if the page is in the file namespace.
