Moving map

The information about "The hidden map" is very enthusiastic but somewhat lacking and even wrong. Result is that "The Hidden Map" stays hidden or at least hard to find.

  1. Add how to activate the moving map:
    Start FG with: fgfs --httpd=8080
  2. Add the URL for the moving map:
    http://localhost:8080/gui/map/
  3. Remove this sentence: Click on "Equipment" and select "Map (opens in browser)" since this simply does not work.
The map is accessible from the URL only on all the 3.2.0 or 3.0.0 installs I've tried, whether on Linux or Win 7
