Controller vs. pilot ambiguity

I think this article could be easier to read if there is a clearer indication of what phrases are said by the controller and what is said by the pilot. I would suggest using Controller and Pilot instead of callsign and to mention somewhere early that Controller is the controller callsign and that Pilot is the pilot callsign. I would do this myself, but I am a bit afraid I would mess up somewhere unless I really sit down, take my time and do it carefully.
