The Saab JA 37 Viggen is an all-weather attack/fighter aircraft. It had Europe's first pulse-doppler radar, and one of only two jet fighters in the world to sport reverse thrust, the other being Panavia Tornado. This version of Viggen was manufactured from 1980-1990, and the JA 37D variant flew in the Swedish airforce until 2005.

Flightgear version

The Flightgear version is the mid-80s upgraded version of JA 37 (not the JA 37D variant).
