Miami International Airport (IATA: MIA, ICAO: KMIA, FAA LID: MIA), also known as Wilcox Field, is the primary airport serving the Miami Metropolitan Area. The airport is located eight miles (13 km) northwest of the central business district of Miami, in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States.
