Flying a helicopter in a simulator is tough enough. For an improved realism, a couple of manufacturers offer realistic controls for simulated helicopter flying. Here is a list of some:

Europe

Komodo Simulations, GB
http://www.komodosimulations.co.uk/
Products: Collective, cyclic, pedals based on Bell 206. AH-64D controls in development.
Connection: Controls connect via USB and register as standard game controllers. No special drivers required.
Remarks (sgofferj): The only one in the EU, I could find. Pretty priceworthy - GBP 1500 for a whole set including chair and stuff. Very quick, friendly and extensive email-contact. Also builds custom stuff.

Pro Flight Trainer, CH
http://www.pro-flight-trainer.ch/
Products: Complete setups
Connection: USB
Remarks (sgofferj): Setup is foldable. Fairly expensive.

North America

Flight Link, USA
http://www.flightlink.com/
Products: Collective, cyclic, pedals and complete setups based on Bell 206 and Robin R22/44
Connection: USB or proprietary.
Remarks (sgofferj): Fairly expensive.

Jess Jellen, Canada

Products: Collective, cyclic, pedals based on Bell 206.
Connection: Controls connect via USB and register as standard game controllers. No special drivers required.
Remarks (sgofferj): Fairly expensive but as sturdy as they come. Check the photos on the website!
